Software industry veteran Chris Caldwell serves as the president and CEO of LockPath and leads the corporate direction and product vision. He leverages his experience serving as the vice president of products and marketing for GRC provider Archer Technologies, which was acquired by RSA, the security division of EMC (NYSE:EMC), in 2010.
Most recently, Caldwell was the president and COO of PPM Information Solutions, where he transformed the healthcare software company into a market-leading provider of practice management products and services. As a partner for the interactive firm, VML, Inc., he developed innovative software products and services, such as Seer™, which positioned the organization to be acquired by media conglomerate WPP Group PLC (WPPGY) in 2001.

Chris Goodwin brings 10+ years of enterprise software design and development experience to his role as CTO of LockPath, where he is responsible for all research and development. Goodwin previously served as the product architect of the Archer SmartSuite Framework and managed the R&D team of Archer Technologies, which was acquired by RSA, the security division of EMC (NYSE:EMC), in 2010.
Prior to launching LockPath, he served as the CTO of PPM Information Solutions and led the development and execution of the industry changing Connect™ platform, for which he has several patents pending. Previously, Chris held multiple leadership and technical positions at ATG, NetSales, Saepio and Sprint PCS.

With more than a decade of architecture and development experience, Tim Norman currently serves as the chief architect for LockPath. Norman has led the architecture and development of numerous data-driven solutions across a wide range of disciplines including health care, real estate and security. Prior to joining LockPath, Norman led the architecture and execution of the Connect™ platform at PPM Information Solutions, for which he has several patents pending. Previously, he was a principal technologist and architect at Archer Technologies (now part of RSA), where he was responsible for the research, design and implementation of the entire collaborative arm of the award-winning Archer SmartSuite Framework, which included the portal, dashboard and reporting framework.
Brian Dillbeck brings demonstrated expertise in leading companies through periods of rapid financial growth to his role as VP of Finance at LockPath. He was previously the director of financial planning and analysis and division controller for American Italian Pasta Company (AIPC), a Division of Ralcorp Holdings (RAH). While at AIPC, he helped the company gain market visibility through a strong investor relations program supported by solid financial reporting and audit preparation. Under his guidance, AIPC was purchased in 2011 by Ralcorp Holdings for $1.2 billion. Prior to AIPC, Mr. Dillbeck held accounting and finance positions with JP Morgan Retirement Plan Services.

Mike Knowles is responsible for leading the development teams at LockPath as director of software development. His 15-year career spans multiple disciplines, including system architecture, user interface design, interaction design and application development. Prior to joining LockPath, Knowles was with Waddell & Reed, where he led the company’s enterprise SharePoint integrations and web platform initiatives. Previously, he served as a technical architect for VML, Inc., leading the development and implementation of content management systems Vignette and Microsoft CMS, as well as delivering enterprise portal integrations with BEA WebLogic Portal. He started his career with positions at Galileo International, Level 3 Communications and Trip.com (now part of Orbitz.com).
