LockPath Hires Brian Dillbeck as VP of Finance

Appointment of Finance Executive to Support Substantial Growth in 2012

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., January 24, 2012LockPath, a provider of innovative governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) applications, today announced the appointment of Brian Dillbeck as vice president of finance.

Prior to joining LockPath, Mr. Dillbeck was the director of financial planning and analysis and division controller for American Italian Pasta Company (AIPC), a Division of Ralcorp Holdings (RAH).  While at AIPC, he played an integral role in managing the company’s financial reports and preparing for audits and in helping the company gain market visibility while managing its investor relations efforts. Mr. Dillbeck’s skilled financial leadership led to AIPC’s purchase in 2011 by Ralcorp Holdings for $1.2 billion. Prior to AIPC, Mr. Dillbeck held accounting and finance positions with JP Morgan Retirement Plan Services.
