LockPath, Inc. Releases New Applications on the Keylight Platform

Integrated Applications Developed for Risk and Regulatory Intelligence Now Available

Overland Park, KS. – January 17, 2011 – LockPath, Inc., the emerging leader in integrated Security, Risk, and Regulatory Intelligence products, today announced the immediate availability of its January ‘11 release. Since the launch of the Keylight platform, LockPath has continued to deliver new innovations based on the feedback and experience of their global security and risk management customers and partners.

To complement Keylight Cm for Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Management, LockPath has released two additional applications for managing threat, vulnerability, and third-party relationships, as stand-alone products or integrated within the Keylight platform. Based on a flexible cloud-enabled architecture, designed to solve the scalability issues that plague the eGRC market, the Keylight platform provides unprecedented correlation capabilities, and is built to extend beyond the enterprise.

Keylight Tm for Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management exposes threats and vulnerabilities detected throughout the organization and tracks key information about your secured assets. By correlating security data from vulnerability management and security information event management applications with the NVD (National Vulnerability Database), users can track threats via CVE (Common Vulnerability Enumeration) and associate secured assets to standardized CPEs (Common Platform Enumerations). Asset databases can be auto-populated with the outputs, providing instant intelligence on an IT infrastructure. Users can generate comprehensive assessments and customize reports which can be fed to remediation and ticketing engines. The history of remediation actions can also be recorded for audit purposes. When used in combination with Keylight Cm, risk managers can tie assets to regulatory requirements, enabling performance tracking against established compliance programs.

Keylight Vm for Third-Party Intelligence and Vendor Management collects necessary assessment information to effectively manage third-party relationships such as suppliers, vendors and business partners to derive key risk intelligence necessary to monitor the relationship. Driven by regulatory or business requirements, third-parties can be assessed through a secured extranet to gather vital risk-related information. Third-parties can be tracked by their responses and further segmented by category, contract status, and renewal dates. Conditional assessments provide entities the ability to upload and attach requested documents and business users can store required contracts, SLAs or other documents for full tracking. Once collected, data can be pushed to other vendor modules in eGRC, ERP, or CRM platforms. Leveraging the Keylight platform, reports can be customized to develop baselines, in-depth risk metrics, and comparative benchmarks.

“For companies that have already made a substantial investment in an eGRC product, Keylight Tm and Vm provide a cost-effective and innovative approach to augmenting their existing platform with the critical risk information the business requires,” said Chris Caldwell, CEO of LockPath. “However, for an organization just entering the market, the Keylight platform delivers the next wave of leading edge solutions for managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance.”
