LPRS18. Reach the Summit
Your challenge is great, but your will is stronger. The desire to excel with compliance, advance risk management, and govern forthrightly, is what draws many Keylight users to the Lockpath Ready Summit (LPRS). For LPRS18, the mountain beckons, calling us to reach for the summit.
Are you ready? Are you excited? Save the date, May 8-9, to attend LPRS18 at the Overland Park Convention Center in Overland Park, Kansas. Go here to learn more and register.
LPRS18 is our third user summit and two years in the making. This will be our best one yet as we’ve continually refined it based on attendee feedback. One thing hasn’t changed. LPRS is free! Plus, breakfast and lunch both days are complementary, so you can network and make the most of your LPRS experience.
Need more reasons to attend LPRS18? Here are five:
- Educational sessions
We have a tremendous lineup of sessions planned for LPRS18, including case studies from Keylight users, expert panels speaking on hot topics like third-party risk, IT risk, and cybersecurity, as well as industry spotlights like healthcare. Experienced Keylight users or new to the platform, there are sessions for you.
- Back by popular demand: roundtables and Smart Bar
Roundtables were popular at the last LPRS event. This year, we moved them to mornings so more LPRS attendees could participate. Between sessions, stop by the Smart Bar and meet with Lockpath Professional Services and Support teams. If they’ve helped you over the phone, here’s a chance to meet them in person. They’ll be happy to answer your support and user questions.
- Extend LPRS18 for additional one-day free workshops
Come in a day early, stay a day after, or do both to take advantage of special full-day training workshops. The day before LPRS18, you can attend Keylight Fundamentals or Compliance and Policy Management. Or stay the day after to attend Enterprise GRC by Design Workshop led by GRC 20/20’s Michael Rasmussen. Both pre- and post-event workshops have a $1500 value but are free for LPRS18 attendees! As a bonus, you can tour Lockpath offices on the Sprint campus, which is near the convention center.
- 24 hours toward CPE credits
If you need to earn CPE credits, you’ll rack up the hours at LPRS18. Attendees can earn up to 24 hours toward CPE credits.
- LPRS attendee experiences
Why attend LPRS18? The most qualified to answer that question is Keylight users who have attended past LPRS events. Here are a handful of their comments.
- “LPRS is a great event. It’s inspiring to see what we can do with Keylight and how much more there is available to us.”
- “Finding other people that have the same challenge, how they worked around it and doing that face-to-face is the biggest benefit of LPRS.”
- “I would recommend coming to LPRS because you get really targeted content… For that alone I would recommend coming to this conference.”

Reach for the summit
Conrad Anker, an American rock climber and mountaineer, provides the best reason to attend LPRS18. “The summit is what drives us, but the climb itself is what matters.”
Your climb starts now. Visit the LPRS18 site to learn more and register. If you’re a leader, share LPRS18 with your direct reports who use the Keylight Platform on a daily basis. If you need to submit a request to attend, here’s justification why you and your staff should attend LPRS18.
NSCC members face a new compliance requirement: cybersecurity confirmation. It sounds easy, complete a form, but risk is high. Here’s guidance.
Compliance departments are seriously challenged these days. As business swirls in response to COVID-19, compliance has taken a back seat. That can lead to trouble—violations, fines or both—due to missing deadlines. Management, in a questionable move, may ask compliance to do something taboo. Instead of reading a half empty glass post designed to help compliance deal with these challenges, they instead get a half full glass post that is brimming with optimism for compliance’s role during COVID-19.
COVID-19 has pushed several risk disciplines into the spotlight, including business continuity, third party risk, cybersecurity, and data privacy. We’ll explore each one and deliver advice and guidance.
