Lockpath and Tripwire enhance risk and vulnerability management programs with new integration
Published on November 20, 2014
OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS — Lockpath, a leader in innovative governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and information security (InfoSec) solutions, today announced a new integration with technology partner, Tripwire, the leader in advanced threat, security and compliance solutions. The integration between Lockpath’s Keylight platform and the Tripwire® IP360™ vulnerability and risk management system will help mutual customers become proactive in risk and vulnerability management activities and streamline the remediation processes.
“We’re driven to deliver solutions for our customers that constantly increase their ability to maintain control and visibility of their data,” said Chris Goodwin, Chief Technology Officer at Lockpath. “Our integration with Tripwire IP360 gives our joint customers the data and context needed for a comprehensive view of their entire vulnerability management program, and provides the actionable intelligence needed to effectively manage information security risks.”
Through this integration, organizations are able to visualize and analyze detailed system state and vulnerability data from Tripwire IP60 in context with their organizational risk data captured in Keylight. The connector is quickly configured to automatically collect and process data at a user-set frequency. Users are then able to track trends—including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)—based on findings using Keylight’s robust analytics capabilities, record key information about secured assets, route data through workflows for review and remediation, and create a searchable history of activities for audits.
“The integration of IP360 and Keylight allows our mutual customers to not only harden systems against threat actors, but also see the impact these threats have on multiple business units across the organization,” Rekha Shenoy, Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at Tripwire. “With this increased visibility our customers can make faster, more informed business decisions about security risk, and communicate the value of being proactive up to the executive suite and beyond.”
The Tripwire IP360 connector is available for cloud, on-premise, or hybrid cloud/on-premise delivery. For more information on Tripwire IP360, visit tripwire.com. For more information on Keylight visit lockpath.com/keylight.
