GRC Innovation Awards Program Recognizes Innovations in Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Solutions
Published on September 28, 2015
OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS — Lockpath, a leading provider of governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) solutions, has been honored with two 2015 GRC Innovation Awards in the Integration and User Interface & Experience categories by GRC analyst firm GRC 20/20. The fourth annual GRC Innovation Awards recognize technology innovations and user experience in GRC programs and processes.
“Lockpath has demonstrated GRC innovation in both the Integration and User Interface & Experience categories, delivering flexibility and efficiency through the Keylight platform’s Ambassador and bulk operations capabilities,” said Michael Rasmussen, The GRC Pundit for GRC 20/20 and internationally recognized expert. “It is imperative that we recognize today’s successes as a milestone toward advancing GRC maturity.”
GRC 20/20 recognized Lockpath’s Keylight Ambassador, the industry’s first hybrid agent to collect data from applications on multiple cloud and on-premise networks, with the 2015 GRC 20/20 Innovation Award: Enterprise GRC — Integration. Keylight Ambassador won this award for its ability to securely and automatically transmit on-premise data to the cloud from business systems and information security tools. The primary directive and benefit of Keylight Ambassador is to break down the barriers to cloud GRC adoption.
“Most other GRC solutions rely on manual imports and unsecured methods for incorporating enterprise data into their platforms,” Rasmussen said. “These methods often do not allow for scheduled and regular imports of enterprise data and may also violate business controls that limit the exposure of raw data in the enterprise.”
Keylight’s bulk operations features, which give power users the ability to edit, delete, move or tag records in bulk through an intuitive interface, won Lockpath the 2015 GRC 20/20 Innovation Award: IT GRC — User Interface & Experience. The bulk operations features were recognized for providing agility and efficiency, by allowing users to quickly model their data to identify what needs to be changed or what needs to be placed in a different workflow or workflow stage.
“It’s great to see our work being recognized,” Chris Goodwin, Lockpath CTO and co-founder said. “Both the Keylight Ambassador and bulk operations were major features of the Keylight 4.1 release in November of 2014. We just released Keylight 4.2 and we’re excited to see how analysts and users respond to this next generation of the Keylight GRC platform.”
GRC 20/20 will host two webinars to highlight the User Interface & Experience award on Oct. 6 and the Integration award on Oct. 14.
