Troy Harris, CBCP, leads RSM’s Business Continuity Planning consulting practice. He has over 15 years of business continuity planning experience and he has served as both an internal recovery coordinator and an external BCP consultant. Troy has served organizations in a wide variety of industries in both the public and private sectors.  Troy and his team help organizations to prepare for disasters by assisting them to develop, test, and enhance their Business Continuity Plan (BCP), or by providing an objective assessment of their existing BCP and their overall Business Continuity Planning Program. He is a frequent speaker on disaster mitigation and recovery planning concepts at both the national and regional levels.

Sam’s Bio
Sam Abadir helps companies improve knowledge sharing with processes and policies, as well as identify performance metrics and understand risk. During his career, Abadir served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte focused on next generation processes and value creation for companies of all sizes.
